Refund Policy
We want you to feel confident in your learning journey. Here's how our refund process works and what you need to know about requesting a refund for solivynaro programs.
Understanding Our Approach
Look, nobody likes talking about refunds. But we'd rather be upfront about how things work than leave you wondering. We've been running savings education programs since 2021, and over those years we've learned that clear policies help everyone feel more comfortable committing to their financial education.
This policy applies to all learning programs, webinars, and educational resources offered through solivynaro.world. The last update was made in January 2026 to reflect changes in our course delivery format.
Who Can Request a Refund
Early Withdrawal
If you're within the first 14 days of program enrollment and have accessed less than 20% of the course materials, you're generally eligible for a full refund.
Technical Issues
When platform problems prevent you from accessing content for more than 72 hours and our team can't resolve them, we'll process a prorated refund based on unused time.
Program Cancellation
If solivynaro cancels or significantly reschedules a program without offering suitable alternatives, you'll receive a full refund automatically within 10 business days.
Medical Circumstances
Serious medical situations that prevent program participation can be considered on a case-by-case basis. We'll need documentation, but we try to be understanding about unexpected health challenges.
How to Request Your Refund
Send Your Request
Email info@solivynaro.world with your full name, enrollment date, program name, and reason for the refund request. Include any supporting documentation if relevant.
We Review Your Case
Our team examines your request against policy criteria. We check course access logs, enrollment dates, and any special circumstances. Most reviews finish within 3 business days.
Decision Notification
You'll receive an email with our decision and explanation. If approved, we'll outline the refund amount and expected processing timeline based on your payment method.
Refund Processing
Once approved, refunds are initiated within 5 business days. Your financial institution handles the final deposit, which typically takes an additional 5 to 10 business days depending on the payment method.
Processing Timeframes
| Payment Method | Processing Details |
|---|---|
| Credit or Debit Card | Refunds appear on your statement within 7 to 10 business days after approval. Your bank may take an additional 2 to 3 days to post the transaction. |
| Direct Bank Transfer | Money returns to the original account within 5 to 7 business days. We need your current banking details if they've changed since enrollment. |
| PayFast or Payment Gateway | Third-party processors take 10 to 14 business days to complete refunds. The timeline depends on their internal procedures and your bank's processing speed. |
| Cash or In-Person Payment | For rare cash payments, refunds are issued via bank transfer. You'll need to provide account details, and processing takes approximately 7 business days. |
Common Refund Situations
Changed Your Mind Early
Somethethile enrolled in our six-month savings program on February 3, 2026. By February 12, she realized the timing wasn't right for her current situation. She'd only watched two introductory videos.
Outcome: Full refund processed within 10 business days. She was within the 14-day window and had accessed minimal content.
Platform Access Problems
Njabulo couldn't log into the learning platform for five days straight in January 2026. Our technical team tried several fixes, but his rural internet connection kept timing out during module loads.
Outcome: Prorated refund for the affected week, plus extended access to make up for lost time. We documented the technical issues thoroughly.
Beyond the Window
Lindiwe completed three months of a program before requesting a refund in May 2026. She'd accessed most materials and participated in several webinars but felt the content wasn't meeting her expectations.
Outcome: Refund denied based on extensive content access and time elapsed. We offered alternative resources and one-on-one support instead.
Job Loss Situation
Thabo lost his job unexpectedly in March 2026, two weeks into our program. He provided documentation and explained he couldn't continue without employment income.
Outcome: Partial refund approved as a goodwill gesture, though technically outside standard policy. We also offered deferred enrollment for when circumstances improved.
Return Payment Methods
-
Original Payment Source We refund to the same payment method you used for enrollment. This prevents fraud and ensures the money reaches the right person securely.
-
Bank Transfer Alternative If the original payment method is no longer valid (expired card, closed account), we can arrange a direct bank transfer. You'll need to provide verified account details.
-
Third-Party Processor Returns Payments made through PayFast or similar services return through the same channel. Processing times depend on the third-party provider's schedule.
-
Partial Refund Calculations When issuing prorated refunds, we calculate based on full weeks remaining in the program, minus any materials you've downloaded or certificates you've earned.
Important Things to Remember
Non-Refundable Items
Individual webinar tickets, downloadable resource bundles, and certification exam fees aren't refundable once accessed or used. These are clearly marked during purchase.
Access Removal
Your course access ends immediately when a refund is processed. You won't be able to retrieve materials, notes, or certificates after the refund completes.
Re-enrollment Waiting Period
If you receive a refund and later want to re-enroll, there's a 90-day waiting period. This prevents policy abuse and ensures serious commitment from learners.
Promotional Discounts
Refunds on discounted enrollments return the amount you actually paid, not the full price. Promotional credit or vouchers used aren't reissued in refund situations.
